Keeping Safety in Mind with Cat & Dog Vaccinations
Regular vaccines are an exceptionally important part of maintaining your animal’s health and well-being. We are happy to customize a plan for your animal based on many factors such as age, whether they attend boarding or grooming facilities, travel history, spend most of their time indoors or outdoors, etc. and are always happy to address any of your questions and concerns. At Williams Veterinary Wellness, we regularly vaccinate against canine diseases such as Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus (the DAPP/DHPP vaccine), and Leptospirosis, and feline diseases such as Rhinotracheitis, Panleukopenia, and Calici virus (the FVRCP vaccine), and Leukemia.

Vaccination Timelines
Your pet will receive their first vaccinations as a series to build up their immunity when they are still a puppy or kitten. After their initial series, the core vaccines require boosters every 3 years to remain effective. Meanwhile, many of the lifestyle vaccines require yearly boosters. Please note that a rabies vaccination for both cats and dogs is required to receive care at Williams Veterinary Wellness. Call us today to schedule your next vaccination visit at (928) 635-5392.
